TB-500

Also known as Thymosin Beta-4, Tβ4

TB-500 is a synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring peptide present in almost every cell in the body. It's the most systemic healing peptide — unlike BPC-157 which is more localized, TB-500 travels throughout the body to repair damage wherever it finds it.

How it works

Sequesters actin monomers, modulating actin dynamics critical for cell migration and tissue remodeling. Upregulates anti-inflammatory cytokines and promotes endothelial cell migration via integrin-linked kinase pathway.

Benefits

  • Systemic tissue repair — heals injuries throughout the body
  • Reduces chronic inflammation
  • Improves flexibility and range of motion
  • Accelerates muscle fiber repair
  • Hair growth stimulation
  • Cardiac tissue repair in animal studies
  • Angiogenesis promotion

Dosing

2.5–7.5 mg · 1–2x per week (loading), then 1x per week or biweekly

Loading phase: 2–7.5mg twice weekly for 4–6 weeks. Maintenance: 2–2.5mg weekly or biweekly.

Common stacks

Reported side effects

  • Head rush post-injection
  • Fatigue
  • Generally well tolerated
  • Rare: cancer concern flag in theory (promotes cell migration) — largely theoretical

Who it’s for

Athletes with chronic or multiple injuries, those wanting systemic recovery support, or older adults with general tissue maintenance goals. Excellent stacked with BPC-157.
