Enclomiphene

The trans-isomer of clomiphene, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that raises natural testosterone by increasing LH and FSH without shutting down the testicular axis. Favored by men's-health clinics as an oral testosterone-support option that preserves fertility.
How it works
Blocks estrogen receptors at the hypothalamus and pituitary, removing negative feedback so the body secretes more LH and FSH, which raises testosterone.
