IGF-1 LR3
Also known as Long R3 IGF-1, Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 LR3
IGF-1 LR3 is a modified, long-acting analog of IGF-1 with a 20–30x longer half-life than native IGF-1. It's one of the most potent anabolic peptides available, capable of promoting muscle hyperplasia (new muscle cell formation) rather than just hypertrophy.
How it works
Binds IGF-1 receptors throughout the body with reduced affinity for IGFBPs, resulting in prolonged systemic action. Activates PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK pathways promoting cell growth, differentiation, and survival.
Benefits
- Promotes muscle cell hyperplasia (new cells, not just larger cells)
- Significantly increases muscle mass and strength
- Accelerates fat loss
- Enhances recovery and tissue repair
- Improves insulin sensitivity at moderate doses
Dosing
20–100 mcg · Daily or post-workout
Start at 20–40mcg/day. Inject post-workout for site-specific muscle effect. Never inject more than 100mcg/day.
Ranges reflect commonly cited research protocols, not a prescription. Dose with a licensed provider.
