Melanotan II
Also known as MT-2, Melanotan 2
Melanotan II is a synthetic melanocortin receptor agonist that causes skin tanning, appetite suppression, and enhanced sexual function. It's the predecessor to PT-141 (same molecule before the sexual side effect was isolated and developed into Bremelanotide). Used with caution due to mole/pigmentation effects.
How it works
Non-selective melanocortin agonist (MC1R–MC5R). MC1R activation causes tanning. MC3R/MC4R activation drives sexual arousal and appetite suppression.

Dosing
250–500 mcg · Daily (loading) then as needed
Loading: 250–500mcg daily until desired tan, then maintenance 250–500mcg 2–3x/week. Combine with UV exposure or tanning bed for tanning effect.
