Also known as TP-7, Selanc
Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide developed in Russia, approved there as an anxiolytic and nootropic. It reduces anxiety without sedation and enhances cognition — often described as a 'calm focus' compound without the downsides of benzodiazepines.
How it works
Analog of tuftsin (endogenous immunomodulatory peptide). Modulates GABA-A receptor expression and inhibits enkephalin-degrading enzymes. Increases BDNF and serotonin signaling in hippocampus.
